Removing the wallow from the S80 suspension?
Hi all,
I've got a 61 plate D3 S80 with 109k and an autobox. I have to admit, I bought it based on the seats, I sat in it and fell in love. Had anyone 'stiffened' the suspension at all? I like a fast corner every now and then and it has a bit of a roll and squirm. I appreciate the rear bushes could be worn, but I think just a little more rigidity would feel nice and I'm not sure they're the full answer. Cheers, Sean. |

Is it worth changing to a 3rd party like Bilstein? I don't know who Ford use as the OEM for their shocks. I don't have the 4C suspension, so might be easier to get away with. Also, I think I heard Polybushes were available for the V70, so I'm hoping they're the same fitment for the S80. |

Looks like a possibility, although a bit pricey.... http://www.partsforvolvosonline.com/...oducts_id=7761
