My new V70 will be delivered with 19" Heico wheels - far from cheap - but they do look good - and come without any problems with the Volvo warranty. Additionally - you bend one and they replace it at 50% of the list price

Interesting. I know Heico have been made a Volvo "official tuner" but did your dealer source he wheels from Heico? If so, does that mean that Volvo dealers can supply other Heico parts like exhausts etc?

Heico is TUV approved in Germany - and if the stuff has approval in Switzerland then you know it is to the highest standards - and as I noticed tonight their Volution X wheels are the same as those fitted to the Aston Martin DB9 as standard - have a look at www.heicosportiv.de and www.astonmartin.com I am generally quite fussy about wheels - although I did but cheap replicas for the Alpina because I needed 2 new tyres and the one wheels were heavy bad quality replicas. Heico however does not do cheap!! |
