thanks for all the nice comments, but how much should i be asking for it ? ive already had an offer of £1000 but i think its worth a bit more, am i being unrealistic ? by the way i havent advertised it yet.................

ps. thats a set of four stainless wheel rim trims in the boot, not sure if if they were standard or an accesory but they are certainly period correct.

From some of the ads we have seen posted on here recently it must be worth three times the amount you are suggesting. Definitely worth a lot more than £1000.

I thought it was worth more than a grand, i was planning putting it in "classic car weekly" for £1995 , might get £1600 or £1700 for it.
anyone on here interested ? there must be classic volvo enthusiasts in the north of scotland.

The minimum PM thing is to stop automated spam etc,Just go to the forum and website users help and support area right down the bottom of the main page and request PM privaliges.The title you need is "CAN'T PM?" get your post count bumped here."
You may have to wait a while as the nice friendly admin do there work here unpaid and do have lives outside the forum.

I took it to the tain classic car show on sunday, got a very good reception, with lots of comments "my father/grandfather used to have one of them, it did 200/250 thousand miles" parked next to a glt saloon, looked smart together!
