Default Spark plug choice? (oh here we go)

So, I found cheap:

Champion platinum (I know - champion!)

NGK Platinum

Volvo branded are double the price

What do you use (v70 2.4T)

S60 2.4t 2002

Used Iridium tipped Denso plugs which started to fall apart causing a misfire.

Used Bosch plugs and they caused a misfire.

Used Original plugs and all is well.

My advice is bite the bullet and go original.

I went with eurocarparts http://www.eurocarparts.com/ecp/c/Vo...5200e73acc1b07

No missfire issues at all.

I'd go genuine everytime, and I've had various models in the past.

I have had issues with non genuine plugs in the past, both NGK and Denso.
Normally in other marques these are ok, but Volvo engines really do seem to run better with genuine plugs (And I always make sure the gap is right)

I wouldn't waste your money, buy genuine and your guaranteed quality and no problems.
