  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Default s40 2.0d burning/loosing oil

hi,

i've got volvo s40 2.0d 2006.it has done 115000 miles.since last service wich i've done myself it started burning/loosing oil.done 5000 miles since last service and lost around 0.5-0.6litre of oil.i don't think it can burn that much if any..what could be the possible issue?any ideas guys?thank you very much in advance for your response.

Seems about right for 5000 and given age/mileage.
What oil are you using ?

i'm using halfords 5w30 ford fully sinthetic oil
