Try putting a couple of quids worth of gas in.
The manual shut off is a small screw valve and teh tank mutivalve block. If it is a 4 hole tank you will not have one as 4 hole tanks do not have that additional safety feature. |

it was the manual shut off valve that was on as soon as i unscrewed it i heard the gas escape! seems to be running well to apart from a step when switching back to petrol.
don't know why i was expecting it to sound different on gas but i can't tell the differance! many thanks classicswede |

No worries,
just make sure you check all the LPG conections with leak detector asap. Glad you are up and running with it now. |
