Hand washed my S80. She come out sparkling clean, then it rained shortly afterwards.

XC70 - replaced front brake discs and pads, checked and cleaned rear brake pads/discs, cleaned all 4 wheel arches and treated wheels to a deep clean with iron x 👍

I "initialized" the windows on all four doors when the DDM & PDM codes appeared on VIDA (suspect they lost window position when the battery was disconnected). Followed this procedure to re-enable the auto-window function which had stopped working: https://www.volvocars.com/en-th/supp.../power-windows

2011 V70 D$ Cam belt, Auxiliary belt and pulley and stretchy A/C belt replaced today by me! Having experienced a Focus RS 2.5 (Volvo engine) destroy itself when the aux belt shredded, I was taking no chances!

Did you replace the aux belt tensioner? Technically, its not due just yet, but its not far off either. The tensioner should be replaced every 10 years or 108,000 miles (whichever comes first). Don't forget the cam belt, that's due soon too (based on the age of your car, also 10 years or 108k).

As you've already replaced the aux belts, its the cam belt & tensioner next.

Gave my old girl a good clean inside and out! These dirty roads make a right mess!
Also received a few service bits to help her keep rolling on!!
All filters, aux belt and tensioner, air con belt and some gearbox oil. Keep me busy over Christmas

At 239k miles you have to keep her happy

Made a CD slot phone mount. I used on old broken vent mount, a piece of plastic (I would have used wood if I didn't have the plastic to hand).
