I don't mind Volvo adding all these features that I don't care about, but now they've removed something that was the most useful.
I have a 24MY XC60 (B4), and it still has the speed limiter. I was using it earlier on today, and my software is on AAOS 2.14.4 version. So you can't toggle off the automated speed limit?

I can toggle off the automatic speed limit, but I can't get the manual one to appear. It used to show "LIM" on the dashboard. Maybe I just can't figure out the combination of key presses to enable it. My previous XC60, which was a 2023 car had this but no automatic limiter.

Tap the cog on the screen, ensure speed limiter rather than cruise is selected, untick automatic speed limiter.

Switch on and off using the middle button on the left key pad.

If that doesn't work, they've disabled it.

Unfortunately, there is no longer an option on the screen to switch between cruise control and speed limiter. There was on my previous XC60.

The automatic limiter is pretty useless. It defaults to 30 in London (wrong) and sometimes flips to 20 (the correct speed limit). In one local street where the limit is 20 it decides to switch to 40.

Cruise control is useless as there are lots of speed bumps in my area and if I hit them at 20mph, I will lose bits from the bottom of the car.

It’s not perfect but why don’t you cancel the cruise before the speed bump and then re-engage afterwards? It’ll still work below 20mph, if the speed selected was above (21mph would do).

How big are the speed bumps in your area my xc60 goes over most I have come across with no bother at 20, speed bumps seem to only punish little cars and are pointless for most SUVs.

The new ones they have been installing around here that don't do the full road the xc60 is wide enough to just drive over as if they aren't there, a complete waste of money, only the older full bumps are noticeable but even then the wafty Volvo just floats over, as a deterrent for speeding, rubbish, they should put cameras in and leave the roads smooth.
