For the record my T5R has 125k and climbing rapidly (although not as rapidly as Loz thank god!)

Brakes Brakes and more Brakes as previously said the T5r has the larger front brakes and some other cars ie expolice may have them fitted all the best

Rang the local dealer, his words "300mm discs T5R and ex-police we fit a harder pad in those, yes we have them on the shelf £64 plus vat" !!! Said I didn't like dealer prices.:'(

Me again, while giving the car a wipe over yesterday a V70 with blue lights etc. pulled up, turned out the officer was the previous driver of my car. Anyway to cut a long story short, because of info he gave me I decided to opt for pads from the dealer as fitted to the police volvos.
For the record part no. 9180303
My dealer also informed me the local force has just taken delivery of the first batch of new volvos, so when my T5 is ready to go i'll be able to get another ex-police volvo:-)
