Default Parking climate doesn't turn off

I've noticed that recently when we use the parking climate, after a drive the parking climate remains on. It used to turn off one the car is used. We now have to keep tuning off via the phone app.

Anyone else noticed this?

Yes, all T8s have the aux heater. It definitely didn't used to work this way, we had a software update recently and a few things seem to have changed.

It will run for 30 mins. If you switch it on and let it run for 20mins, then drive for 5mins, switch off then the parking climate will run for another 5 mins. Come back after 6 mins and it should be off....

Mine has always done this.

I think mine does too, any idea why it has to keep running.

I normally hear a loud fan noise from drivers side front headlamp after driving in pure mode. I think it's the fan either heating or cooling the battery. It makes this noise for a few minutes and then stops. Does your parking climate tab on the senses shows it's on or can you just hear it running?

I think.......

If you run in pure mode and run the heating then it uses the parking climate heater to provide heat. This is located close to the drivers wheelarch.

I also hear the battery cooling fan from a similar vicinity, but only when charging......

There are 3 squiggly heat lines in a little box on the dash display when parking climate is on.

Same here.

You can turn also turn it off from the Sensus screen rather than the VOC app if you wish.
