Can anyone give me the part numbers of the 2 tensioner pulleys that the serpentine belt uses . T.I.A

You'll need to make sure which version of the tensioner you have on it (I fell foul of this before!).

But I only want the pulleys not the complete set up, after another bang the other day and now ALL panels have dents etc just not prepared to keep lashing out money.

For just the pulleys, the part number is in post #14 - INA 531076010, same for both tensioner types as far as I know.

Here is what to look for (I recommend that you look to check what tensioner you have)

My 54 plate Euro 3 car used the smaller tensioner on the right....

Thanks for the replies, I have just finished with Auto doc ! They claim that the Pulleys are Volvo parts only !! Looking at many photos ALL the pulleys look the same , and I measured mine and they are 70 cm /24cm which appears to be the normal size for ALL .
