Default Now a 340 owner

Thanks to a nudge on the 300mania forum we now have a 340 living with us, she's obviously been accepted into the family by Jo as she's imediately been christened "Betty" (after the original owner who had her for 30 years). She's a 1.4DL with just over 40k on the clock, some jobs to do on her but nothing major and I'm quite liking the base spec.

Oh wow! I'd love a white 3 door but it certainly wouldn't stay looking like original haha.

Now convert it to run on LPG and it will be the cheapest car you’ll own.

Lovely 340!

We had one a blue 1986 GL 1.4 C159 BTA Sold for £50 in 2002 as needed clutch and arches rusting. Had it for over 5 years. Bought my first car a 1986 740GLE.

James.

Hi mate.
You would have a hard job getting one for £50. 00 quid now.
Cheers Mark.
