There are three bars fitted, all three are fitted to non Nivomat suspension as follows. White code Z part no 30871224 Orange code X part no 30874896 Brown code Y part no 30812286 Nivomat suspension had both white and orange bars fitted, same part numbers and code as above. There is no mention of the diameter of the individual bars. The identification letter is the last letter in the spring spec panel on the identification plate, bottom left corner of the plate. Hope this helps. Edit: I have just measured mine and it is 13mm. Plate says Z. I know the bar is original to the car and the suspension is comfort - I have the original spec sheet as ordered by the original customer, so I know everything is as it left the factory.

New wheel nuts arrived yesterday so swapped those stupid tuner things out, much much better, still got one on each wheel for now but that's only until my ford locking nuts arrive, also this happened, put at least 1000 miles on the old girl since christmas.

Met up with the guy I bought the car off yesterday and settled up (he very kindly allowed me to take the car with £200 owing!) And he gave me the sub for the boot and also the towbar that he'd bought for it, plus the 2nd key and lock unlock fob. The towbar is sound in a structural sense but looks pretty crusty so I'll blast it at work, either uhp water or grit, not sure which yet, then I'll give it a coat of rust converter, possibly some hi build primer depending on how pitted it ends up once clean, and then top coat, black would be the usual colour as it's standard but for the sake of a couple of rattle cans I may well do it body coloured, will match up nicely then.

I started here https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showp...&postcount=266 You can get the relay from RS Components for a couple of quid, but removing the old solder is the hardest/trickiest thing about it. If you search my posts for "relay" you might find my post in this thread

Replaced the offside front side marker after someone scraped my bumper in the car park and smashed the old one. Pattern part so it's a bit rattly. Took it ever closer to 300K. Done loads of miles recently!

Replaced the NGKs with genuine Volvo plugs today, it didn't go badly before and the ones I took out looked ok, its faster now though, like trying to see saw the steering wheel in third gear at 60mph fast, yet the boost gauge still says 10psi before starting to tail off, meh, I'll live with the guage as I suspect it has to be inaccurate, it's plenty fast enough in any case, even if the gauge is correct and it's boosting low.
