How do I know if it does have this ACC feature? The traders description doesnt mention though.
Adaptive cruise was always a factory option I think, supplying dealer may know or be able to look up the order from reg or vin, adaptive is not standard might have been part of the “driver pack” or “convenience pack”

Not sure, but think that cruise controls on the steering wheel are different for ACC.

Check in user manual - it's available online or as smartphone application.

Yes I think they have the 2 horizontal arrow buttons to set the distance to the car in front.

Have you a link to any pictures of the car, I'm sure as a group we can work it out for you.

Not sure about the xc60 but the v/xc70 have part of the plastic radiator grill 'boxed in' over the radar receiver if it has ACC.

Not just Volvo; Mazda as well; Our 2006 Mazda 3 Sport had Xenons, headlamp wash, washer fluid level warning lamp, engine coolant temperature gauge.one touch control on all windows. The 2012 on we have now has none of these (the head mechanic at the Mazda dealership even denied that the UK spec Mazda 3 cars ever had a washer fluid level gauge; that didn't fill us with confidence about their product knowledge !)
