Aren't these impossible to wipe, one they have been paired fairly sure they csn never be used again in another vehicle?

Hi, the dealer has wiped this. You would need vida/a dealer to programme to your car.

he's wiped the car not the fob , You cannot program it to another car … so pretty useless really unless you need case parts ..

once that serial number has been used once the volvo database blanks it from being added again to another car even if you have the code which comes with a new one ..
