Default Volvo S80 D5252T performance clutch

Hello,
I am looking for some performance clutch for my Volvo S80 with D5252T engine.
I dont find any better solution than the original LUK/Sachs/Rymec clutch. But this is not enough. I want to adjust to 160kW with Garrett GT2259S, Do88, 12 Pumphead.

So I need something better.

The only solution which I can use now is dual friction clutch plate, but with original preassure plate.

Can you help me with that?

Are you sure? 160kW is something about 400-450nm.

What? Do you have Volvo TDI with Stock 240mm clutch?

Please can you share your setup? Because I have plan to 160+kW. I can use it for that.

Thank you for your answer on my topic.

I read some topics from about TDI tuning. So at first.

So do you have stock clutch kit, only with better clutch plate?
With stock pressure plate? :-O.

I have plan for minimum 160kW. Can you give me some tips fór that? I ordered Do88 intercooler, I have a new Rymec clutch kit, do I need a better material on clutch plate?
I have refurbished pump with 12mm head, Oil catch can, engine in 100% technical condition, stronger screws...kat off
I know about GT2259S from Iveco engine, that turbo Is compatible with T25. Which other things I shoudl buy?
Do I need fuel cooler or oil cooler?

Thank you very much!

Hi Martin!

I have a question about my TDI engine. If you could answer me on that.

I have a plan to remap my Volvo S80 TDI to the maximum that K14 can do 190-210hps.

You know about my upgrades from this topic:
https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=305484

Do88 IC
Completely remanufactured pump with new HDK controller and 12mm head.
16 row Oil cooler with thermostat
Sronger screws
New clutch
Catch can
Cat off
Simons sport system

But at first, is it still possible to use this engine on low consumption with this setup, mainly due to the 12mm head?
Because now after adjusting the pump with 12mm head, I have higher consumption. Although I set the lowest possible idle fuel dose.

Is the solution in adapting the fuel map to a 12mm head?
Is it possible to make an adaptation, raise the maximum performance of the K14 options and still be able to use it at low power without high load?

Thank you!
