Very nice, but to my mind decent slot alloys on this period of car look better?

Slot mags, jack up the rear, paint the axle red (badly). Maybe a bit of purple fur on the dash. Does it get any better, I don't think so.

Mitch, what were you thinking with those TT2s?

The slot alloys look can be retro cool if done properly ie no need for the jacked springs or cabin trim. After all, Amazons were around long before the current crop of spoke alloys. So period wheels must have a place.
Whereas the latest look is surely for footballers blingy 4 wheel drives?

Each to their own but that doesn't do anything for me. I'd rather steel rims and that look was very popular in oz in the eighties which is probably the reason why I'm not a fan, seen one too many Falcon with those mags.
