Hi
Did the injector pump survive? If so how much would you want for it? Cheers John |

Hi John.
The engine was turned off while running. I obviously cant guarantee the pump is perfect. What is it worth ? It would be a lot cheaper if you came and took it off yourself.

Before you pull her to pieces you should consider a complete engine swap as their are plenty of spares/repairs volvos kicking about..... obviously not something everyone can do but if you have the time & space its not actually that hard!
I am after a set of front struts if you do decide to break it....

It is being broken.
I need to keep it rolling for the scrap man to be able to pick up. I can do the struts if you have some old mullered ones to swap them with. Failing that I did notice Rampton Scrappy near Cambridge had a couple of petrol V70s and an c70 in

Hi
If you were closer I'd be tempted to come and have a look - but according to google earth you're about 3.5 hours/175 miles away which is a fair distance to go for a pump which may, or may not, be damaged. Cheers John |

Another user recently broke his TDI for peanuts as he wanted it shifted and the parts to go to other folk in need at the time, think he only wanted £20 for the pump, but it 330k on it?
On ebay they get advertised for daft money, but they seem to sell in the £40-70 region commonly. Not sure when they changed connector plug, but doubt you can retrofit the other type so imagine it has to be the right one for the job. |
