nope, that was Haynes. Which is known to be innaccurate! not to mention it takes forever to get to 70 if idling, you really need to drive it, so 60 would make more sense

The required temperature varies between gearbox types too so be sure to check Vida for your exact box.

For some box types, Vida will give a scale showing where the fluid should be on the dipstick at 40, 60 and 80°C.
The OP doesn't have a dipstick though so has one temperature range only to get things right.

Where abouts is the plastic plug to show the keyhole. Can't see one on my boot anywhere. Would be handy to know. Thanks.
