Probably less than 2 years Dave, and it was a genuine Volvo part. It had actually ate into the gearbox a bit, which was the source of the thud I was experiencing when changing gears sometimes. The Lemforder part had the word Volvo on it, but someone had made a partial effort to remove it with a die grinder. I'll run with it for a while, but I'll be replacing the small bushing on the old mount with a polybush to keep as a future replacement.

Hi yes I have polybushed the small bush on my old one, the one on the car now is a pattern one, so I will change it anyway, I hope it is this and not the DMF making the thud , I Just hope there is no extra vibration when I fit this as the car is a D5,
Dave

Hi again when you fit the poly you don't need to remove the shell for the bush to fit , just burn out the rubber on you kitchen hob the clean it up,

just fitted these, shame one has a broken wire, but very bright, you do need to cut the side down where you screw it in, or it wont fit inplace.

I fitted my lower transmission torque mount with the small polybush , the transmission torque mount that I removed that had been on there for 2 years is still good, so I think the small thud I am getting sometimes is the clutch/dmf
but it does not do it all of the time

I used the specific alloy wheel transport service from this company last year and the service was faultless.

I hope that one day I'll do something... Normal. Not unusual. Something that doesn't deny logic..

Naaah. Just kidding. Nothing like that is going to happen anytime soon.

Good link. Like it. Won't use it.
I'm forced to ask my former work mate, to go and pick it up.

Reason: payment in cash.
And if that's not enough, there's 4 complete wheels AND a tyre
Then at least one should reach me by Sunday, giving me ability to use my car back.
And the rest of it will follow later..

Nope, not normal..
