Virtually impossible to guess. With no MOT or tax it's probably only scrap value or what you can get for parts.

Thank you for your reply...Yes, I understand how it woiuld be hard to guess from my message, I was just wondering if there is a sort of bottom price.. I have seen 230 pounds quoted on Scrap Dealers Sites, but as the Car is in very good nick , didnt know if that would be an acceptable price..

Impossible to say...but the 960 is a well liked car...a bit thirsty of course...but it may be worth putting in the appropriate sales section on this forum and see if you get any interest.
As much detail as you can give...and a some pics ALWAYS help.

Do like RUTV70 said pics are key to getting interest. If you can take it for mot that could double the price.

Yep, it's a shame as a car of this age is really only worth its weight in scrap without MOT, which is maybe £200-250.

Assuming it's in good cosmetic condition, average mileage and has some history, with a fresh MOT and some tax it would probably sell fairly quick around the £1000 mark. An immaculate one with low miles/owners and a full history can go for upwards of £2k, and a slightly down-at-heel but MOTed car will go for £500ish.

EDIT: You didn't mention if it's an auto or manual, but manuals command slightly higher prices than autos due to rarity.

Go to webuyanycar.com and fill in the details. This will give you a ball park figure.

It really would be worth getting an mot on it and giving it 6 month's tax.

Without them it's worth is ??.

With them,alot more.

Good luck.
