..yet if you look at the satellite forecast on the BBC site there's very little over the south of England tomorrow

Today's supposed to be really good but looking out my window all I can see is clouds scudding along in the force 10 gale we appear to have!

Stopped trusting the weathermen (and women) ages ago...it was only a couple of months back that they said we were in for the hottest summer since the dinosaurs died out or something!

Wish I could get things wrong at work so often....

Just a final post before tomorrow. We're number 7 stand in area F. When you arrive tell the welcoming marshal you're on the VOC stand - that means that we can set things up on the stand without having to wait to meet people. I'm aiming to be there at 7.30 so if anybody wants to look out for me in a blue S70R saloon followed by a burgundy 850 T-5 estate you can follow us in!

Hi Ryan, I would like to have the stand set up by 8.30 at the latest as the field fills up with all the different car stands and access might be difficult to the stand, depending on where we are! There's no problem arriving at 8 Ryan.

We'll get there as early as we can. We have to make a diversion and pit stop en-route, but we think we've got the journey time nailed down. 8:30 might be useful - I think every extra minute in bed will be appriciated tonight! Just to add to the fun, I've got to go and pick up a Tbricks member flying in from south-east Asia from his hotel! I think the time I'll be setting my alarm for starts 03...

Fingers crossed my new purchase will be suitably presentable. If not, will there be any other cars there which could take my place...or are you not that bothered about show-worthyness? I've no reason to doubt it, but you never quite know until you turn up and see it in person!

I have borrowed the fluke scopemeter from work and I'll be able to test your speaker, and the dolby output on your stereo.
