Hi m1tch

I use these in my side markers, to good effect.

I used 5 SMD LED's for my sidelights.

Got them from China, on e-bay.

Wait until the sun goes down, M1tch. They look like dipped beams, when it is dark, but they don't dazzle oncomers.

They do show up how yellow the light is from the halogen bulbs, don't they?

I never noticed until I swapped mine over, but it puts a nice bit of light into the full beam reflectors and to good effect!

Yeah, it does make them look orange, I am going to save up and get some good Osram bulbs or some Phillps bulbs which should even up the colour difference lol I can't fit HIDs as the headlights don't accept them legally. I have also found that those LED headlight bulbs that some people fit them as foglight bulbs, they aren't as good as the Audi LED headlight bulbs, but should work well as foglight bulbs

I bought some 68 SMD LED foglight bulbs, that were meant to fit our cars, but they are about twice the width of the hole, so they are lying in a box in the shed!

Fit them in some MASSIVE headlight pods on the grill when you really do need to see where the moose is

Yeah, maybe if I had a huge beast like that, I would.

Haven't fitted additional lights to any of my cars, since my Micra, back in 1988!

4 x 100W, 2 x 55W spots and 2 x 55w fogs, plus standard lights = daylight at night!

maybe its me,,
i cant see the point in swapping the fog light bulbs for anything, perhaps 3=4 times in the last 5 years ive been in fog thick enough to warrent turning them on @ the front.
ive also decided that hang the ££ ill find a set of OEM Bi-zenon headlights for mine , IF the std twin lights ever prove to be not sufficient.

with the changes possibly coming to the mot, and my "luck" the day after i swapped the hardly used fog light bulbs to LED or HID ones,, they'd be a instant fail

Just put my led's into my new twin headlights and they do look bright but a bit on the blue side espeically at night! I use the Ring Ultra Xenon +%100 bulbs and i find these really bright for H4 or H7 now I used to use the ice white they did as i found the blue hid look bulbs never seemed bright on the road compared to others even standard yellowy ones lol
