A nicer one there than the red one i found earlier. Strangely it seemed to be advertised on a USA site a few months back : https://www.roadandtrack.com/car-cul...oupe-for-sale/ As for Galaxie Wagons, only found 2 on ebay.com - loads of sedans, hardtops (saloons and Coupés in English) but very few wagons : https://www.ebay.com/itm/1965-Ford-O...n/392077828933 https://www.ebay.com/itm/1972-Ford-G...e/113150354705 Both white, the early one is about 4 times the price of the later one though! Shares in OPEC may be needed to fund running it though!

Appreciated Dave, but best place in my opinion is Hemmings Motor News, here's a link -

A less-abrupt reply could've read "For those of you who don't know what Beurs is - here's a link!" I can't imagine you act in real life like you do on this forum - if you do, I'm sure someone would've clouted you by now! And for the record, I might be interested in going now that you've promoted the event.

Maybe it would've been prudent to post the link in your original post, especially as it's an international event? Of course I read the thread - hence why I replied to yet another unnecessary post by yourself Cheers

All other variants, sedan, soft top, hard top etc including the 500XL and 500 LTD but no wagons! Running any potentially fuel-heavy car on LPG (or Propane as they call it stateside) is always a good option, in fact it's a good option even if the car in question isn't that thirsty! Living where i live i tend to see a lot more USA models on a regular basis than most people get to see in this country but i don't think i've ever seen a Galaxie Wagon - seen a late 60s/early 70s Mercury Cougar wagon though (similar, same platform?) with the roll-down rear window in the tailgate. That was fairly recent as well. Quick look on Hemmings is the same story as the Galaxie though, all variants except the wagon.

My dad started the fair back in the early 90s.
Not enough of an incentive for me to attend this year, and not a very interesting drive (circa 430 miles, M42, M1, E40 - yawn - and 9 hours) plus I'm leading a club ride on the Saturday. Oh, and no-one's asked!!!1

I will be attending on my extremely rare 1956 Hand built Learco Guerra Pista Bicycle in convoy with some recently retired Tour de France stage winners that I would rather not name.
