Default 740 Turbo (B230FT) - Air Flow Meter

Guys,

I'm having problems with the car randomly losing power/cutting out, so i'm looking to replace the Air flow meter.

The car is a 1990.

Thanks,
C

I doubt it is the AMM as when it fails the car becomes un-drivable and it doesn't get better.
A simple test of the AMM is to un-plug the AMM with the engine at tickover, then try revving the engine.
If there is a noticeable difference (in a bad way) then the AMM is OK.
