Thumbs up

Great clips Ron - compliments to the camera person. It really is satisfying to see what the car will do - and when you've done it you think - "well that was easy wasn't it"....

I've never done any damage to the paintwork or panels - unless you're jungle running you can usually keep this pretty well clear of everything. I might have a few more ahem scratches than average underneath though - but that's when you start to find its limits..!!

I'd love to have a play day - unfortunately I'm banned at least until end of August - my Wifes fed up with funding side step brackets at the moment - so I'm concentrating on peeling away the layers to restore it to glory for a trip to the South of France in the summer ( 7 up with roof box) .

Got to ask Ron .... DSTC On or Off ?

Thanks Ian, the original video is actually HDlite, but files are too large to upload to youtube.
You're absolutely right, looking at the track at first I wasn't too convinced, but once I tried a few things it really was easy. No drama at all. On one video you can actually hear the instructor and my D3 friend say to eachother that it was a walk in the park.
It's not good to see on the video, but that was a pretty darn steep incline with mud at the bottom, so difficult to get traction to set off. On another video I drove down that same incline, which gives a better idea of how steep it actually is.

During all the challenges DSTC has stayed on. Tbh it hasn't actually came into my mind to switch it off... will try that next time...
