Default Donut doofer(what ever its called)on turbo inlet pipe euro 4

Hi all v70d5 185 geartronic 07. On the turbo inlet pipe there is a metal donut thing. Its connected to several pipes which go back to aluminium crankcase pipe which goes over the engine. The donut on mine looks dodgy it may be a heater.
Hopefully someone knows what I'm on about, what is the correct name for it and does it connect to a plastic connector which in turn fits into the turbo inlet pipe. A part number would be even better
Cheers

I think it may be a heater of some sort but cant find much about it. Need to know the name of it and part number if possible. Trying to speak to volvo and explain but they are unable to find it,which is probably down to my explanation.
