Who's cheapest for OE Volvo parts at the moment?
What the title says, really - which dealer do people use for their OE parts - I typically use the guys in Newcastle trading as Volvopartsdirect on eBay, but wondered if there were any others who were cheaper?

I use Bells in Northampton. Always good service and use my club discount. No idea how cheap that makes them, but convenient and a local family business.

Hi
I was recently pointed to FRF Swansea, just email with VIN and anything else to identify what you need, my first time ordering and as a VOC member you get varied discount depending on items, on my recent HT leads, distributor bits n pieces it ranged from 15% - 40% discount on list prices for genuine parts. Sometimes parts have to come from GCP Sweden and took around a week to get here. Very helpful as identified my 940 Estate needed a different main lead from coil to,distributor as it had the radio aerial in rear side window. chrisharris@frf-motors.co.uk Dont forget to quote C3 discount code as well You will find their prices are sometimes better than cheaper online shops etc. Hope that may help, Cheers Steve |

Another vote for FRF Volvo at Swansea. Their 302 brake discs (850 and x70) are cheaper than many aftermarket options. Always get great service from them, but as everyone uses them, getting through on the phone is sometimes a challenge.
I also use Caffyns - they have an Ebay shop and also answer emails which is useful. Some parts are a similar price to FRF, but most are a shade more - but still great value for genuine parts.

I use Eastbourne Volvo - Chris and Ashley on the parts department.
I have ordered from them for 5 years and was only sent an incorrect item once. When they did they despatched the correct item same day and then allowed me to select when I returned the incorrect item. They then arranged collection and paid for it all. First class service with costs not much above pattern parts. |

Tried FRF and got a prompt quote, but more expensive by a good margin, I'm afraid, so Volvopartstrade it is on this occasion
