Default '343' R-Sport tuning kit

Don't you just hate those bloody ricers with their bolt-on engine mods ;-)

They're in severe need of tuning - the car idles at 2500rpm, and returns 14mpg! However, the car runs, gives great power in the lower gears, and sounds...well....

...like that :D That's all intake noise BTW - no exhaust rumbling! Time to get the rest of the kit installed, get to the dyno, then get back to Santa Pod and try to better my 18.7. Even with their current appalling tuning (and no hot cam!), it feels significantly faster than it did.

cheers

James

Hot cam is now installed, and as a result the jetting is obviously now much closer (the carbs originally being jetted for the K cam). Time to head down to Power Engineering to get them jetted - homefully in time for the national!

cheers

James
