Default RSE fault finding

When I bought my 2004 XC90 a couple of years ago I had the best intensions of trying to get the RSE working. At that time both screens would power up to the blue screen and say no input.

Well I haven't got round to it, and in the meantime something has happened that neither screen will now power up.

The system is the UK system:
-10 disk DVD and Thomson IR transmitter to left of battery
-control unit in rear right quarter panel
-video switch in left rear quarter panel

Is anyone able to point me to a detailed technical description of the system or wiring diagrams.

Also in an attempt to initially get back to square one.... where the fuses are located for the screens.

Many thanks

Nick

The UK-specific system you have Is not in the standard wiring diagram. But it is powered from the REM and fused at the REM.

Start there with a multimeter
