The intercooler & radiator was custom designed by Alisport costing £1,100. The unit will require fans but these can easily be ordered from the likes of Demon Tweeks.

Both items have covered less than 5,000 miles.

The intercooler has sold but the engine is still for sale. Willing to split the engine if parts wanted separately.

Volvo S40 2.0T engine (B4204T 160bhp) 1948cc

Phase 1 T4(t2) ported and polished head, standard with solid lifters and high flow valves.
Kalmar Union Forged Rods
Phase 2 T4 lower compression pistons (8.5:1 cr mahle forged OEM) with large valve pockets machined
Volvo B4204S n/a cams
Mopar big end bearing
Mopar main bearings
ARP Bolts
New timing belt.
Mileage- less than 5k.
