  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Amazon69: Fascinating! I will certainly try it, the results of your badge are outstanding. If I don't find the materials in Mexico, most likely I can find them in the US via Amazon. The added challenge is the threaded insert, which is different for the different knobs!

Alternatively re surface your knobs with an epoxy and lacquer paint

Actually, decent replacement knobs shouldn't be hard to find. The one shown is I think, one for the light switch as it has the knobbly bits around the edge. I think these are the same on Amazons. Someone like Mike Dudek might have some. Not sure if I have any, but probably. Others may have too. They would be postage friendly from the UK or even Sweden.

I filled with 3M Bondo, sanded and applied black epoxy paint, they look good, now it remains to see if they will last!
