fault code ECM-P2101

Hi everybody,
I have an ECM-P2101 fault code. Can somebody help me what is mean this?
The mechanic said I could fix that too. need to be cleaned or ordered a new one and replaced.

The code refers to an out of range throttle actuator position.

That fault could be numerous issues.

Clogged up throttle not allowing the full range of movement.
Corroded connectors at the throttle or at the ECM
Damaged wiring grounding out to earth
Bad earth
Poor battery voltage
......and that's the simple stuff.

If only proper diagnosis was as easy as getting a code and replacing or cleaning a component.

Hi, thank you for your fast answer. However I don't found picture or draw about, so I don't know where is it. I found some Volvo engine details just for my exactly engine don't found. Can you help me, please? Many thannks!

My VOLVO is 2014 XC60 SE LUX D4 2.0 diesel
