Well all seems to be good so far. I had a partial regen done this afternoon. It had to be stopped because the dash was saying that the engine temperature was too high (119c) and it said to stop engine. Anyway, the result was that the soot reading went from 44 to 13. The error messages disappeared and the car came out of limp mode instantly. As I drove off it chucked out a whole load of dust from the exhausts and it drove home perfectly. Here's hoping it stays in good shape but I really do need to give it an occasional motorway run to keep it clear. Thanks Dan!!
