Default Roof trim clips - V70

Hi all,

Had a new windscreen fitted to my '97 V70 T5 earlier this week, and to do so they took off the windscreen/roof trim, which is held on with little metal trim clips. Most of these clips have rusted away, so I need to replace them.

They are available from PFS, but they're over £2 EACH!!! As you need 20 for a full set, this is over £40 just for trim clips!

Does any body have a suggestion as to a source of similar clips that will do the job without breaking the bank?

The clips I'm talking about are here:

Cheers!

Try Volvo themselves and mention VOC for a slight discount. Other than that you might just have to swallow the price - I can't seem to find anywhere else that sells new for less money. You could take a risk on breakers, but they'll likely be in a similar state.

Brilliant, I'd like to take you up on that offer - PM sent, many thanks.

Nice try - I scoured the internet trying to find a source, and came across exactly this problem on many of them. I did find one that appeared to be about correct, but to be honest it's only a little cheaper than the offer above, and that way I know for sure that they're exactly the right ones, and hopefully less hassle.

Cheers!
