Injectors, errors and woes
Hi
D5 Auto 2006 Error codes ; ECM-23B0 INJECTOR CYL2 - SIGNAL MISSING - NOTE BN INJECTOR CCM-0040 AIR QUALITY SENSOR INTERNAL FAULT ECM-28E0 HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (HO2S) - SIGNAL TOO LOW ECM-2B00 EXHAUST TEMPERATURE - FAULTY SIGNAL ECM-6663 GLOW PLU RELAY CONTROL - FAULTY SIGNAL REM-DD10 lin COMMUNICATION COMMUNICATION FAULT TCM-0A31 CONTROL MODULE COMMUNICATION SIGNAL MISSING FROM ecm RECENT WORKS rocker gasket & Swirl flaps for suspected oil leak - during works injector #5 blew out. reseated...poor running afterwards (RAC called out) Inj#2 issue - new injector fitted. Volvo major service just done Symptoms 1. has to crank a good few times to start. when starting after a journey more cranking needed 2. intermittent anti-skid and juddering this presented prior to more significant errors on 2 other occasions - inj2 connection the fisrt 2 time now new injector but feel its still presenting an issue 3. occassional/intermittent judder/jitter/jerking when driving - as if it loses power for a v.short time 4. tonight - when reving hard (in driveway) notice on occasion exhaust smoke coming from behind engine (behind row of injectors near #5) pulling my hair out with what this could all mean and how to begin to fix it? thoughts advise welcomed ? should i be concerned that i have 1 BN injector #2 1 other is a refurb and rest original (i beleive) should i do leak back test? thanks in advance |

Erase all the codes and see which come back.
Assuming you're using Vida, clicking on each code will give options to view details which set out the possible causes and fix.
