Zdravo and welcome to this forum.
Heated seats guide: http://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=109433 S/V40 console project: http://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=98965 With regards to the rear electric windows it depends if you have the wiring and connectors ready fitted in the rear doors. If not, you will need the loom for each door, as well as the loom from the B-pillar to the CEM/front door switches. I can confirm that you can install cruise control on a Phase 2 S/V40 with no need for programming from Volvo for the petrol versions. You will need programming if you have a diesel or a gdi. No idea about the Phase 1 though.. Door panels are a straight swap. P1 and P2 seats have slightly different mounting points

did you said "zdravo" from your head or from google translate ?
phase 2 is, as far as i found in my short research, drive by wire, so it is easy to do cruise controll phase 1 and 1,5 as i know need some servo actuator which is controlling gass pedal position according to speed sorry, in previous post i geve you wrong information i would like to install phase 2 centrall and front console (arround handbrake and arround climate controls), door pannels and seats is it everything bolt on (except electrical window wireing) or there are some huge diferences? No I know zdravo .... No google translate for that...... and a few swear words.....
You will need to find a cruise control from a Phase 1 car with all the components. I don't know if a phase 2 will work on a phase 1 at all. never tried it. Door cards are a straight fit so very easy to change. Seats will be an issue. Unless if you have access to the right machinery, patience and plenty of time. If you see the guide baffer made, you can change the console around the handbrake area and up to the stereo. I don't think you can change the heater controls, as the connectors maybe different(not sure if they are the same or not.) If you decide to change the centre console where the handbrake is, you will also need the entire handbrake mechanism and will need to make a new hole. Baffler has done it and talks about it in his guide

hahahah, swear words are first thing that people from here teach other foreign people . and our language is rich in swearwords instead of some other less stupid things )))
but never mind many thanks for precisious answers, i will wait for someone else who can tell me some more interesting tech things abbout my questions newer interior is much prettier than phase 1 and 1,5, and i would like to make my volvo look as modern as it's possible, if i buy one where i can see how satisfied T4 owners really are with their cars?
