Rear brake drum size

Hi does anyone know what the original inside diameter of the rear brake drums measure ? And what is the maximum inside size.

Original 9"
Max after wear or machining 9.015"
Warp max 0.06"

My Volvo 544 book says it's a nominal (whatever that means) 9" and .060" max oversize.

Just looked at my Canada Data book and it says the same
