  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Why is it I've searched ebay for the spline service repair kit and I can't find 1 in the UK??

Buy it from Volvo that way you cant go wrong and no more expensive. I believe they were upgraded.

By far the best way of testing any four-wheel-drive is to double park it outside a school, and leave the engine running.

Or is that just in Cheshire?

Default xc70 pre 2005 and xc90 pre 2005 transfer box

Hi,
Does anyone know if the XC70 transfer box will fit the xc90 ???
and yes, i did get stuck in a muddy field so need to sort it now!! lol

Yes it will as the drivetrain is identical - but be there are two different versions of the transfer box depending on whether you have the 5 speed or 6 speed auto box. Make sure you get one the same, I'm guessing you have the 5-speed gearbox and 163 BHP engine given your cars is 2005 and you have the failure to start with...........
