Can anybody tell me if The C70 5 stud wheels will fit my 2002 V70

If they are 17 inch then yes, if smaller then it depends on what brakes are on your V70

Yes they are 17" rims to fit a C70 between 2006-2011
And my car is 2002 deisel estate V70,
I`m not sure what you meant by what brakes I had though,
