Default 855R Refresh and fix

I’m hoping I can get some ideas with how to sort out my car after it’s been standing for a while and not been moved.

im guessing it needs a stage 0 service first, anything else?

Also my main problem is one of the rods. I think is bent as there is a bad ticking sound on idle

Ive found a low mileage(90,000 -850GLT) and wonder if the head off that could be used and the rods or do I need to get an S60or V70R head and bottom end?

i need a shopping list really so I can get there parts together.

Can someone tell me what I need to get and has any one got any of the parts I need please?
