Default Engine Pitch Change When Turning Left

Hi guys, I've had my V50 Drive 12-plate for a few years and it's been nothing but trouble. My latest issue is a noise/engine problem when I am going above 50mph and go around a left bend.

It only happens turning left and at speed. I can feel a slight vibration through the accelerator pedal (not much vibration but noticeable difference to how it usually feels) and the pitch of the engine goes to a deep sound. When I straighten back up the noise remains for a few seconds and then disappears.

There's no noticeable change in performance but the noise is clearly a concern. There's no shaking or steering change either. Just an apparent engine pitch change.

I recently took it to a garage and they swapped the drive shaft as it was clearly screwed and the bearers had gone. However, the problem persists (if anything slightly worse).

Any ideas before I take it back to the garage please? Just want an idea of the possibilities.
