Talking Engine cutting at full boost

struggles with cutting at full turbo pressure, but if I'm very careful on the gas I can pull it further.
If the car is at a standstill and one gases it is apparently completely fresh.

Recently converted to lh2.4 from 240 and b230fk from 940

Setup:
org nozzles with working resistance
China turbo which charges 0.6-0.7
Org high pressure pump in tank
962 petrol brain with viking chip
gold Brain

Things checked:
Knock sensor
Temp Sensor
AMM
Both brains
Ignition Module
Plug wires and plugs are replaced
Distributor lid and rotor
Flywheel Sensor
pump relay
gasoline Press

Also have problems with it dripping oil from air filter, pretty sure it comes from turbo due to poor oil return, is turbo throw then? Is a fairly new.

It sounds as if your PCV system needs a good clean out for a start, second, was the LH2.4 system for a turbo car or not?

Also whn you say full boost, what pressure?

The lh2.4 is from a car without turbo, but its all the same, it just misses the resistance in front of the nozzels, but i have fixed that. It runs on 0,6 bar

That's higher than a normal FK and the advance/retard curves for the ignition are different for the turbo ECUs. I take it from what you've said you've added an injector resistor pack then?

So you have a chip without any air flow limit cut out?

Does the rpm need drop suddenly in the fault condition or remain correct to the rpms?

Does the engine cut completely or just lose some power?

Nozzles = injectors?
You are measuring 0.7bar boost on a gauge?

Can you check the O2 sensor output? Are you getting lean condition before cut? Should be rich at 0.7bar. Starting to get lean at 0.9bar, but orginal injectore can support 1bar without going so leans it cuts out.

Yes, i added resistor pack and im driving with chipped 962 fuel brain. It cuts completely. Yes injectors. Im measuring the boost. It is possible to not make it cut, if i push the trottle down slow. I can check o2 output when i get home.

Sounds like spark blow out. Reduce the gap on the plugs to 0.6mm and try again, Ngk br7es work well with higher boost too.

What about the rpm needle question?

Also is this in a 940?

The O2 is difficult to get at, but you can access a small bit of unshielded green cable at the connector in the engine bay.
