I moved to thurrock at the start if the year - working in London now!

It was Celtic Tuning - but as you're not too far out I would recommend HLM tuning in Bromsgrove.

At 180k you might show up some issues like clutch/flywheel.. but speak with HLM.. I know they used to do health checks before mapping

I know ebay have some - but they range in price up to about £1200.

Have you called local breakers? Try Motor hog too.

Would it be something you fit yourself?

Diesel runaways never have a happy ending.
Breakers has to be your best bet if on a budget. They don't come up that often though and you'd need some warranty on an unknown lump.
Cost of engine, fitting, ecu programming etc, etc, you'd have to decide cost effectivness.

Up date time!

So turbo oil seals let go which runaway an seems from compression test has done the rings!!

Should be 180psi an mine is 100-110 psi on each cylinder!!

So do I buy another lump or strip an rebuild lump??

Or ebay it for a £1000 an start over

Who has any thoughts or comment would be appreciated
