Default Throttle lag and pressing brake pedals causes revs to rise

2004 xc 90 geartronic has recently started to lag when moving off.
Engine service required appeared and local garage serviced vehicle but service warning refused to go off. The service computer showed throttle pedal fault and this was replaced but no change. The transmission has also started to change as if its slipping but has only recently been overhauled

Air leak, possibly in the hose to the brake servo
