Knock sound when steering the wheel to the right side

Hi all,

I've recently purchased a Volvo XC40 T4 2019 with 7200 miles on the display.
The car is decent but there is a strange sound which exists since purchase.

It makes a knocking sound (2-3 times from midpoint to the end) when turning the steering wheel to the right side. Is it a common issue that can be resolved easily or do I need to visit a service centre?

Mines just started doing this - a 2020 T5 Recharge 16,000 miles. Booked in to Volvo in 2 weeks.
