Thanks Clan - nothing to worry about then, my Carpets being wet must be from another source then cheers...

Default Finally No ERRORS !

So - just got the car back from after the fitment of two replacement 4C front struts... Car is showing no errors and is finally transformed...

I also got my favourite Volvo independent to fit me a set of re-furbed Orestes 17 inch with Big fat tyres 50 profile... It's gone even more sleeper now... still pulls like a train though with that D5 growl.

Donut magic carpet like ride, but with working 4C 2 mode suspension.

I got frustrated at the ride on the 18's in the end and I think while they looked great, they are 100% aimed at a younger audience...
I've just listed the 18 after markets if you want to get them and try... offers on ebay. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/374008035114

For now, car is fantastic, ride and comfort is on another level...

You might also notice a couple of other tweaks, fitted Volvo OE Mudguards and Wind Deflectors...

Thanks again to all the posters and responders on this journey for all your support and for a 3 month project turning a 4 year Non Runner with No Drive... into what I have now a known quantity...

worth saving the Mechanics said... and I think I have to agree! Cheers.
I'll be back when the next error shows up!

Glad you’ve finally got the lot sorted!
I do admit I miss the ride quality of my old 4c v70 vs my current one with bilstien b6.. must be getting old!

Hey, so are the B6's lowered or sports?
I'll have a google!

I haven't really had chance to use the 4C and feel the modes, I also had the old wheels rocking around in the back today, which didn't help...

But I'm off to Wolverhampton in it tomorrow morning so should get a sense of it... feels good though.
