Good Morning. I've been looking at this very useful list of independents, I wonder if anyone has recent experience of a good (& reasonable!) workshop in the North Norfolk area? Any suggestions gratefully received, thanks.

A big shout out for AR Mills, Middleton Cheney, OX17 2ND. Steve is owner and has a top quality team, who are 'proper' old school mechanics. Very sensible labour rates and diagnostic charge, Volvo VIDA diagnostics (latest up to date versions) will use Volvo Gen parts as needed and is very good dealing with warranty companies. Only downside is very popular and sometimes will need to wait 2-3 weeks for routine booking lead in times so book early for routine servicing etc but always will help in breakdowns and emergencies short notice. Good online reviews. Also happy to do other makes as well. All of our cars go there.

I'm looking for a non-franchised dealer near Manchester to look after my 2017 V60 CC. I've just booked it into the main dealer in Warrington for a service, and they were very dismissive when I asked for a price for changing the gearbox oil, and had never heard of the Police Dipstick. So I'm looking for somewhere else from now on. A quick google finds two in Stockport which would be reasonably convenient:
