Default V70 Tailgate Screen Washer Spray Not Working

Hi all,

Having trouble getting my rear spray to work. Front works fine.
  • Pump is audible,
  • checked the connection in the boot under the rear panel (no water getting this far)
  • everything looks connected by the tank filler and underneath. Though after filling right up the top top of the neck, water has dripped onto the floor underneath.

Any idea what I should check next?

Thank you,
Bill

Clogged filter or nozzles? There are a few inline filters, one you will have seen whilst checking under the boot floor. Mine in that location was utterly clogged and greatly restricting flow.

Thanks Cookeh

I didn't see a filter in the boot area or anywhere else, but I'll have another look. Only saw 2 tubes that join under the boot floor hatch and there was no water getting this far. Where else should I look for filters.

Is it the rear tubes that some up and split into a T around the filler neck under the bonnet? Pulled that apart and can't get anything to spray out when pressing the button.

Cheers
B
