You actively accepted this spec, having been told what you wanted wasn't available?

Hi,
I requested a Volvo XC60 D4 AWD momentum and was advised that this spec in stock, therefore i ordered this option which is clearly defined on the contract, yet I have had delivery of a Volvo XC60 D4 FWD momentum which is not what I ordered or requested

If the car you got isn't the revised spec you agreed to, then reject it - or better still get the finance company to sort it, because it's not the car they are financing for you.

Hi,

Who is the lease company out of interest (not the broker, but who the car is actually leased through) as I may have contacts who can help if required.

If the lease contract says AWD on it and the actual car is a 2WD I'm sure they'll be very interested to know the wrong vehicle has been supplied as they are the ones who are going to end up owning the wrong car at the end of the contract....

Kind Regards

Wow, it may be an honest mistake, the cynical side of me wonders if they are trying their luck.

Either way you are well within your rights to get them to put you straight, either supply the correct car or whatever.

Let us know how it goes.
